Heating windows are unforgiving: the equipment has to be in and running before the building needs it, and we plan every job backward from that date.
And when a boiler goes down at the worst possible time, we’re built for that moment. We can get a temporary rental boiler on site to keep your building running while we procure and install the new one. We do more than set equipment, too — we fabricate boilers’ supporting systems and design the piping around them in our own shop, and our crews are made up of top boiler installers.

Our fabrication shop in central Louisville, minutes from the airport, turns out piping for our own projects and for yours — larger mechanical contractors, general contractors and developers, and owners direct. Standard spools, made-to-order fabrication from your drawings, and prefabricated assemblies across carbon steel, stainless, and food grade systems.
The difference is what we can build: any alloy, any exotic material, any type of system. If you need it made, we’ve got you — code-quality welding by union welders, and every spool leaves the shop packaged, labeled, and sequenced to hang, because we fabricate like the installers we are.

Rigging
Rigging & Equipment Setting in Real-World Conditions
Mechanical equipment doesn’t install itself — it has to get from the truck to a rooftop, a mechanical room, or an attic with eighteen inches of clearance. We rig and set boilers, chillers, air handlers, and process equipment in the constrained, finished, occupied conditions where the work actually happens.
Some of our most demanding rigging has been invisible by design: air handling systems demolished and replaced through limited openings in tight attic spaces, surrounded by finished surfaces that couldn’t take a scratch. Our crews plan every pick, our operations run under a full crane and rigging safety program with qualified riggers and signal persons, and nothing moves until the plan is right.
