The Welders Behind It
Our shop runs on highly skilled union welders performing code welding across a wide range of materials, specifications, and pressure classes. On a single recent industrial project, our team executed thousands of welds across 17 different specifications and 9 different alloys. We're R stamp certified — a qualification level most shops don't carry — and every weld ships with the testing and documentation to prove it.
Prefab Is a Planning Discipline
Anyone can weld in a shop. The value is in what happens before the first pipe is cut: routing, sequencing, and coordination worked out in detail so fabrication runs ahead of installation. That's what makes the payoff real — less congestion on your site, less safety exposure, faster installation, better welds. And on shutdown and turnaround work, prefabricated tie-in packages mean the system comes down for the shortest window possible.
