Chiller work is where planning shows. Replacements mean rigging heavy equipment through real-world constraints, coordinating refrigerant piping and controls, and hitting a window — often a summer break or a production shutdown — that doesn’t move. We’ve built our chiller practice on delivering exactly that, including full chiller swaps at the University of Louisville and Barret Middle School delivered on schedule.
From selection and procurement through rigging, installation, startup, and balance, we run the whole scope. And because major equipment carries long manufacturing lead times, we manage procurement from day one so the machine is on the ground when the window opens.
