Rigging
Mechanical equipment doesn’t install itself — it has to get from the truck to a rooftop, a mechanical room, or an attic with eighteen inches of clearance. We rig and set boilers, chillers, air handlers, and process equipment in the constrained, finished, occupied conditions where the work actually happens.
Some of our most demanding rigging has been invisible by design: air handling systems demolished and replaced through limited openings in tight attic spaces, surrounded by finished surfaces that couldn’t take a scratch. Our crews plan every pick, our operations run under a full crane and rigging safety program with qualified riggers and signal persons, and nothing moves until the plan is right.
Our rigging capabilities include:
- Equipment rigging and setting: boilers, chillers, air handlers, pumps, and process equipment
- Rigging in constrained and finished spaces
- Demolition and removal of existing equipment through limited access
- Crane coordination and lift planning ⚠ (confirm whether crane work is self-performed or coordinated)
