Eric Cashon

Eric is our Senior Estimator, and his numbers carry weight because of where they come from: nearly two decades in the mechanical and plumbing trades before he ever priced a job. He built his foundation through a five-year apprenticeship, rose to general foreman and superintendent leading complex mechanical work on automotive plants and large-scale industrial facilities across the country, then moved into project management — running scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination from the office side. Today he leads estimating and proposal development across HVAC, plumbing, and process piping, pricing work with a builder’s eye for what it actually takes. When Eric’s estimate says a job can be built a certain way, it’s because he’s built it that way.
