Jared Spear

Jared leads our service operation with twenty-five years in the plumbing and HVAC industry — and twenty of them as a licensed master plumber, operating in both Kentucky and Indiana. He started his career building systems before dedicating himself to keeping them running, which means he services equipment with an installer’s understanding of how it went together. A member of Local 502, Jared has deep experience across installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. He leads by example, mentors our technicians, and holds the service team to the standard he’s kept his whole career: honest answers, practical solutions, and doing the job right the first time.
