Jason Metcalf

Jason is regarded as one of the most knowledgeable HVAC technicians in Kentucky — a reputation earned hands-on. His experience spans virtually the entire trade: servicing and overhauling centrifugal chillers across Trane, York, Carrier, and Daikin equipment; boilers of every type from fire tube to Scotch marine; hydronic system design; combustion analysis; air balancing across VAV and CAV systems; and refrigeration rack overhauls. He’s factory-trained by the industry’s major manufacturers and deeply experienced in critical environments — surgery and procedure rooms, isolation rooms, and precision cooling systems where performance isn’t negotiable. As our HVAC Project Manager, Jason leads our most technically demanding work and helps customers engineer the right solution, not just the available one. He’s equally passionate about the next generation, mentoring apprentices in the craft he’s obsessed with.
