Jeremy Goodwin

Jeremy learned construction finance from the ground up — starting as a generalist and building his expertise job by job, which is why he understands the financial side of construction the way our foremen understand the field side. He’s an advocate for tracking the true financial performance of every project and optimizing it, with deep expertise in project accounting, cash flow, ERP systems, process automation, and business analytics, plus experience supporting banking relationships and strategic growth initiatives. Jeremy believes great teams are built on trust, accountability, and a genuine willingness to help one another succeed — and as an employee-owner, he’s proud to help foster the culture our ESOP makes possible: people who collaborate openly, enjoy coming to work, and take pride in their shared success.
