Megan Huff

Megan oversees the financial side of our construction projects — AIA billing, change order documentation, and the accuracy of everything our project managers and customers depend on. She joined Best Mechanical in 2024 with more than fifteen years of accounting experience and an MBA, including a background in pharmaceutical and federal grant financial compliance — some of the most demanding regulatory environments in finance. That discipline shows: when Megan touches a bill, it’s right. She supports our entire project management team and has stepped into nearly every role the business has needed, keeping our books balanced and our customers confident that the numbers always add up.
