Pete Wilson

Pete leads Best Mechanical with a builder’s background and an operator’s obsession with growth. He came up from the ground: into the electrical trade as an apprentice, then CAD designer and installation foreman, before moving into operations leadership at what became the largest residential solar company in the country. There he ran the company’s largest region, grew a home-upgrades division from a three-person team into a nationwide construction operation of more than five hundred — roofing, electrical, structural, and carpentry crews across the country — and served as Senior Director of Commercial Construction, leading projects across military bases, housing, and commercial facilities. He went on to serve as Vice President of Business Development at a construction technology startup serving contractors nationwide, before taking the helm of Best Mechanical in 2025 with a simple focus: build great teams, back the field, and grow.
