Ralph Churchill

Ralph has spent nearly three decades in and around some of the most demanding industrial environments in the country. He worked twelve years as a millwright on gas and steam turbines and two more as a foreman before dedicating the last fifteen years to safety — a career that has taken him to power plants across the United States. That path is exactly why our safety program works: Ralph learned the trade before he learned to protect it, and crews trust a safety leader who has done the work himself. He administers our program end to end — job safety analyses, weekly site training, new-hire orientation, and incident prevention — and our three-year EMR record carries his fingerprints. For Ralph, safety has always come down to one thing: helping people, and making sure every one of them goes home.
