Vic Best

Vic is the most experienced builder on our team, with more than thirty years in the trade and a résumé that covers every role in it — plumber, foreman, general foreman, superintendent, and project manager. He holds master plumbing licenses in two states and our boiler license, is a certified backflow tester and medical gas installer, and teaches Kentucky plumbing code at Local 502’s training facility. His deepest expertise is medical work, where he’s regarded as one of the most respected plumbers in Kentucky. Vic is also a skilled design-build practitioner who supports our estimating efforts. At Best Mechanical, he leads labor development — building the workforce that carries our standards into the field, and making sure that as we grow, the field never gets left behind.
