Waste Management Water Treatment Facility • Process Piping

A facility that takes contaminated landfill runoff and returns it clean — powered by some of the densest process piping we’ve routed.

Scope: Full process piping across the facility; filtration integration; piping for tanks, pumps, and treatment systems; modifications to existing systems.

The Challenge: A multi-stage treatment process integrated into aging infrastructure, an outdated design requiring field adjustment, and dense routing across every stage.

The Solution: We adjusted the design in real time with the project engineers, sequenced new systems into the existing plant, and planned our way through the density instead of improvising. The facility runs better than it did.
